Hi Patty - count me in, please! I'm working on the apple,orange & spice garland right now! Actually I'm drying the spice-covered fruit in the oven, directly on the racks (top 2 settings) with the temp at 200 and the door slightly cracked...do you think that will work? My house smells DELISH and my 2.75 yr old boy had a great time helping shake the cinnamon!
