March Winds !

Just had to share one more picture today. We had high winds all afternoon and the clothes on the line were really dancing. Needless to say they dried quikcly and I was able to get several loads of laundry done. They smell so fresh and clean. I used my home made laundry soap. Not a mix of things you buy in the store, but my own lye soap, grated up fine. Mint scented !

Now the wind is cold and we have the woodstove going. Frost by tomorrow night !

I do so miss my clothesline I had back in MS! Clothes just smell so much fresher when dried outside. :-) We have no place here to put a clothesline. Waaaayyy too many trees. (And the birds that live in them!) But when we get moved onto the other lot (hopefully this fall) I'll have sunny places so I can have a new "solar clothes dryer".

OH! I can just smell that crisp fresh air -- red cheeks and bright eyes when that load is taken down from the line.
Keeping Milly in my thoughts.

Beautiful picture Patty, I love seeing laundry on the line, and yours is, indeed, dancing!!

Love that your trees in the background are getting their leaves...we still have several feet of snow!
