Sunday Afternoon

As usual Sunday afternoons are a bit of a slow pace around here. Today church was held in our town, just down the road from us, so Pricilla and Steven stopped by after services for a bit of a visit.
Today is their "dating" day. Sunday afternoons they get to spend time together talking at her parents house, alone in a room without everyone else around. Usually the dinning room. They also get to drive together to and from church .
There is a new church starting up as the first one has grown so big. The new church will be in our part of the area. As of yet they do not have a permanent building so they are renting two different places, this was the week it was closest to us.
Since the two young people were dressed up for church, in true mother style I had to take a bunch of pictures.
They look so happy !

Does a mother good to see her children content and doing well ! Its as though all the hard work when they were young has paid off.

Its a pretty sunny mild day today with birds singing and the sun shining.

Yes, I suspect he will ask her this summer to marry him. He talks to me all the time about when he should ask and how he should ask her. Where would be a good place to ask her etc. ITs so cute how he wants it to be perfect.
He hopes they will marry a couple months after he askes her.

The pictures look so nice. I, too, like the natural setting for their pictures much better than the studio portraits. Sorry I haven't responded much. Blogger won't let me read your recent posts normally. I had to sneak in a back way. :P Congratulations on the new sewing machine. How sweet and thoughtful of Emery! Also, congratulations on the great deal you found on the fabric. Coupled with your new machine, I have a feeling you'll be very busy.
