Sharing My Morning

The morning is so lovely that I wanted to try and capture it to share with you. The brilliant blue sky with pulled apart cotton balls clouds strewn across it.
Shadows running and playing on the grass. The lilies in bloom, curtsying to the morning in respect .
Flowers freshly cut, standing proud in a little simple glass jar. Sir Smokey, our oldest cat, master of the yard. Yes, even Fergus takes orders from Smokey

Oh no, are those lilies? First of all, these are all beautiful photos. I looked on the Poison Control website for animals and lilies are a top-poison plant to cats. Just a warning! It is the ASPCA website to view a complete list.

I love viewing your photos.

Our cats are farm cats and have a steady diet of mice along with the cat food so not much chance of them wanting a bite of a lily ! Thanks for sharing that info though. None of the other farm animals are near the plants though.
Seems like animals allowed to live a natural life, outdoors have better judgement on what is safe to eat.
