How marvelous that you are getting a girl! I was so thrilled to find out that our first is also a girl. I'm so glad that Melanie is better. This seems to have been such a scary time for all of you. Hopefully this is the last fright you'll have for a long time.

I got behind reading blogs over the holidays, tried to skim read but I know I missed a bunch. I'm concluding from some recent posts that Priscilla and Stephen are also expecting? I hope so - I know how much this means for all of you. Soon we'll see the number of nature pictures outpaced by the number of baby pictures - how wonderful!

-chuckle- Of course I knew what all that pinnnnnnnnnnnnnnk meant. :-)

How lovely! I so wanted to have a girl first, with our own. And we did. And we had 3 granddaughters in a row, before a couple of boys.

I love my boys, of course... Both sons and grands. But I wanted to put bows in hair, and pretty fluffy dresses and tiny white gloves on a *real doll.* That which you can do, while they're tiny. Hopeless romantic that I am. :-))))

Oh how wonderful!! I love little boys (my own especially, who's not so little anymore!), but little girls are so much more fun to dress. There are sooo many cute little things for girls, and pink is my favourite colour!

Congratulations Patty! Looking forward to seeing all the beautiful things you make for this spoiled grandbaby!

It doesn't matter if it is a boy or a girl.. The baby is WELCOME. And by my own experience even when it is handicapted ( like my daughter Purdey )
Here in my country most of the time we don't know if it is a boy or a girl untill the baby is born....I am wondering if Pricilla and Steven also know it before birth ....
