Gustav wind and clouds

Most of the day here has been windy with bands of low clouds. By evening we are supposed to have some rain.

Yeah, it's really really really windy here as well. It's nice for a change that's for sure. No rain on our end though...Just sunshine.

I am glad Gustav didn't cause as much damage to the other states...praise the Lord for that!

I'm so thankful that Gustav petered out before he did all the damage that he could have done -- whatever, it's bad enough. I live so far away from all of that these days and I'm so very grateful!

our wind and clouds picked up this afternoon too! way up here in NorthEast Oklahoma! And we have flood warnings in nearby counties.

Monday we got some wind, clouds and about a 15 minute shower, but that was it. The highway near our home is packed with folks going back to LA. I am glad it did not do any more damage then it did.

Hey we have some of the same fabric! Just can't get enough. I have a baby blankie I need to make by November, better get on the ball or he may come home without one.
