Spring ?

The doors and windows are open. I went for a mile run in shorts and a tee shirt, it was too pretty outside to rush it so it took me 20 minutes. Curtains hanging on the line fly about, trying to get free and soar high above in the clear blue sky. The chickens are hunting for bugs, confused by the warmth of the sun. My IPod (yes, I have an IPod and love it, its really Emery's but somehow I use it all the time )was playing what I call my summer running music, 40 Licks by the Rolling Stones. I have to watch myself though, a few songs make me want to run with a bit of the Mick Jagger style, and that would be a sight for sure !

Tomorrow is supposed to be warmer, great day for backpacking. This weather today is a gift, a blessing, a renewal and refresher. Might just head out the door for another run.
