Toasty Toes for Baby

Baby booties are one of my favorite things to knit...so cute and take no time at all to finish up.

While Mei-Ling was in the hospital this week, I spent my time knitting for her while Melanie rocked her quietly. Melanie loves the little knitted booties on the baby, I hear it is considered a bit old fashioned these days to wear booties on your baby, but so toasty warm on tiny feet and not as easy to get off as some socks are. Yes, I have offered to make them for Elizabeth too, but I think her momma is not as old fashioned as Melanie : )
