Rainy Morning
Our day started with heavy rain, thunder and lightening. Not the kind of day to go strolling around the place. Even the cat hauled her kittens up to the back porch for safer keeping.It is a morning for lighting lamps and curling up with a good book. There is a cold front coming through and that is just fine with me. I am ready for it.
Its storming pretty bad now, probably bad enough that I should shut down the computer and just busy myself in the corner with some knitting.

A few weeks ago my mum brought us a wee one that had be abandoned by its mum. (they are building a house and found it crying in their attic...no mum came...she was probably 'a wild thing,' and was afraid of all the noise and commotion of the construction crew??)
We love him, named him Tobin (Toby)...what a God send, as right now we are waiting on an adoption to Guatemala that is not going so well...it is so nice to have a little one that is so needy. I am thankful!
