Living In the Present, even if its mid-life !

“The secret of health for both mind and body is not to mourn for the past, worry about the future, or anticipate troubles, but to live in the present moment wisely and earnestly.”

“You'll seldom experience regret for anything that you've done. It is what you haven't done that will torment you. The message, therefore, is clear. Do it! Develop an appreciation for the present moment. Seize every second of your life and savor it. Value your present moments. Using them up in any self-defeating ways means you've lost them forever.” ~Wayne Dyer~

“Present-moment living, getting in touch with your now, is at the heart of effective living. When you think about it, there really is no other moment you can live. Now is all there is, and the future is just another present moment to live when it arrives.” ~Wayne Dyer~

“The ability to be in the present moment is a major component of mental wellness.” ~Abraham Maslow~

"Mid life, a time to simplify your life and enjoy living!" ~Catherine Pulsifer ~

"As the psychologist Carl Jung said, mid-life is a time to listen deeply to your heart. Whether we plan for this or not, midlife can be a period of transition and reappraisal. More inner questioning can occur." ~Craig Nathanson~

I love Dr. Wayne Dyer! I really enjoy reading his book, "Change You Thoughts, Change Your Life." Have you listened to him on Hay House Radio? He has such a "warm" persona about him. Very loving to everyone on air. Thanks for putting up those quotes!
