I was gonna lurk awhile, lol, but then saw your amish post.
I live in Ohio, about an hour outside amish country. My my lives in it. (she's not amish, just lives in the same town, lol)
They sure are a interesting bunch. It amazes me to see they still live the same while everyone around them changes constantly. Truly simplified. And they make the BEST cheese and smokies! Mmmm
