Quilt Top Done




I am still learning about quilting and consider myself a beginner, all that stated, here is a picture of the quilt top finished. I ended up using what fabric I had enough of to finish it off. I plan to quilt it with a deep red quilting thread to match. Should look pretty on the natural color I think.

I think the top looks great Patty! What an awesome job you did with the things you had. That challenge carries it's own reward. It really looks good, very neat, and very pleasant..comfortable...*VBS* I think red tread will be just right!

I will quilt it by hand. I learned to quilt from an AMish friend of mine and enjoy making lots of tiny little stitches.

Patty: It's so pretty! Hand quilting will be so pretty on this quilt! It is going to look very "antiquey". You did a great job! I'll be anxious to see it all quilted and bound.
