Nutmeg Ice Cream Recipe

Here is a little idea for some tasty ice cream for things like hot apple pie, crock pot Indian pudding

(click for the recipe) or any other wonderful Thanksgiving treat that tastes just a bit better with ice cream... This recipe has been around our home so long, I have no idea where it came from.

Nutmeg Ice cream
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream or frozen vanilla yogurt, slightly softened mix in
3 teaspoons ground nutmeg until well blended and then refreeze until ready to use.
