Another Thanksgiving Recipe Cranberry-Apple Casserole

This is a wonderful breakfast dish for Thanksgiving morning. We just love it. It comes from
Pineywood Farm Bed and Breakfast Marion, Massachusetts. I love how easy it is to make and how good it tastes. No picture of this dish, since I won't be making it until Thanksgiving morning.

Cranberry-Apple Casserole

Ingredients:
3 cups apples, peeled and chopped
2 cups fresh cranberries
2 Tablespoons flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter melted
Three (1-5/8 ounce) packages of instant oatmeal with cinnamon spice
3/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed

Combine apples, cranberries, 2 tablespoons flour, toss to coat. Add 1 cup sugar, mix well. Place in 2-quart casserole dish. Combine dry oatmeal mix, walnuts, 1/2 cup flour and brown sugar. Add butter and stir well. Spoon over fruit. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve hot!

Do you serve this over something else, or just eat it all yummy by itself?
