The News on Melanie

Well, the doctor will tell us in the morning if there is a problem with Melanie's gallbladder or any other internal organs, but they are pretty sure they know what has been causing the upset stomach and a few of those pains.
Emery and I are going to be GRANDPARENTS ! They think she must have gotten pregnant on their honeymoon.

When they did the ultrasound they say a tiny heart beat.
Tomorrow Melanie will be able to come home after seeing the Doctor if all shows well on the test results.

Of course this will not be an ordinary pregnancy with her being type 1 diabetic but we trust Gods tender mercy will be with her.

Thank you to all who emailed her, she was thrilled and it made her feel better to know so many of you are praying for her.

Oh how absolutely wonderful!!! I have to agree with Plain&Simple that you are going to be one amazing Grandma (what a lucky baby)! I couldn't be happier for you. I really don't know the implications of diabetes on pregnancy but she certainly has my prayers and positive thoughts, and my best wishes to the parents and grandparents!

Wonderful news! Congratulations to you all.

It made me smile to remember how I went to the doctor because of a tummy bug that just wouldn't shift, to be told that I was expecting baby numer 2.

Wishing Melanie all the best for the pregnancy. My sister in law is diabetic and with careful management had two happy and uneventful pregnancies.
