A Hike on a Rainy Day

My husband I took opportunity to hike one of our favorite trails when the rain had stopped for a couple hours. We wanted to see the creeks and the lake after so much rain.
It was so beautiful.
The contast between the rich brown wet bark of the trees and the gray sky rendered me speechless. The water so full of dirt and sand that it looked like cafe au lait.
