Here is what the bananas look like after one day in the dehydrator and after the second day. They get smaller by the day. Two more days should do it. I have turned them once and also traded the top trays with the bottom trays.

hee hee - I was going to ask if you dried them in the sun or a dehydrator - now I know LOL. They look gross, but I bet they taste delicious!

After they're dried, do you just chomp on them whole or do you break them up into chunks?
I might try some if I can dig out my dehydrater. How's that for trusting you? As gross as they look, if you say they're good, I'll try them.
