Happy Saint Patricks Day

This is to wish you all a Happy Saint Patrick's Day. A day filled with good luck and many blessings. The day here started out with some soda bread, warm from the oven and a proper cup of Barry's Tea.
We have loved Irish dance and Irish music for many years in this family. I grew up in Boston, where more tri colors fly than in all of Ireland. So one has to have a love of all things Irish growing up in that town.
My children all played some instrument. Melissa, piano, tin whistle and attempted the accordion. Melanie was a fiddle player, Steven the recorder a bit, he was never too interested in music practice and Scott played the drum.
The house could be quite lively at times ! They all sang too. This was always something we had to hide from the Mennonite church as music other than acapella hymns is forbidden.
