Prayers Needed

Bronchitis is making the rounds in our family. I have it, Melanie has it, Mei-Ling has it and poor wee Yen had to be taken to the Doctors today, because he has Bronchioltis. He had several tests done and sent home with some medication and will no doubt be fine in a couple days, but poor Melanie, sick herself with two sick little ones. We keep hearing of more and more people having Bronchitis right now. I feel so blessed that my recovery has been quick so that I can help Melanie out some and spent the day with her, caring for one baby while the other one saw the Doctor. Casi is wonderful, comes home from work and gets busy helping with the little ones and caring for Melanie too.
We sure would appreciate prayer for everyones quick recovery. Emery said tonight that he is feeling like he might be coming down with it too. I have been working hard to build up his immune system so I hope he escapes this.
Today when I was watching Mei for a bit, we were sitting in the car waiting on Melanie with Yen and Mei looked up at the sky and said, "Grammie, there is a ruffle in the sky. " as she pointed to a cloud high above us. To see the clouds as pretty ruffles in the sky is part of the magic of childhood !
"Ruffles" in the sky
Yen, sound asleep after seeing the Doctor
Mei-Ling happily playing with her leapfrog while waiting in the car with me

Thinking healing thoughts for you all, and include my dd#2 and husband-who both have bronchitis as well. I'm still holding the fort down, with fingers crossed.

We tend to get the same weather you experience... a few days later. The rain has started and looks like it will stay for awhile.I think the bronchitis is trying to steal its way into our home also. Maybe it came with the rain. Am praying for you... right now!
Will be waiting for the report of sunshine...then I know it is coming my way too.
May you all be healed and well soon! I'm just getting over this myself. It must be all over the country!
I'm sorry the bronchitis has taken the family so hard. I've noticed that too often with a new baby in the family, some germ makes the rounds--just when it is least welcome.
Your family is regularly in my prayers.
I will be without internet soon, probably for up to a month as we undertake a retirement move.
God has worked in amazing ways to make this possible against all odds.
We are searching for a tiny farm in south-central KY--zone 6--a GARDEN again after a dozen years without one.
Packing is chaos, but I cling to the thought of being settled someplace in time to plant those first seeds!
