Baking Day





Today was bread baking day and as the holiday season is with us, my husband likes to have Finnish Cardamon bread made into a loaf, for his sandwiches at work.  A bit of a holiday delight !  My baking had a bit of help today, tomte came to visit and when they thought I was not looking, they checked on my progress and even helped sprinkle the cinnamon on the dough.  Magic is in the air !

Melanie, they are Finnish Cinnamon rolls. Light as feathers and yummy. There is a great video on YouTube showing how to make them, which is exactly how I make them.
