A Little Humor to Start The Day

A bit funny, but also a bit of truth perhaps. Gas is about $3.39 here a gallon, so its gone down quite a bit. For so long Amish have been made fun of for their old fashioned ways, but seems like right now, they are the ones that seem the most insulated from the present state of the economy !

I bought gas at 3.45 a gallon yesterday at noon, (the cheapest I can find mind you) but by the end of the day it jumped to 3.65 because of the hurricane!! Oil didnt go up much at all. Crazy huh. Did Mei-Ling get a hair cut? The video was so cute. Patty I look at your blog several times a day when I am home...I'm here....Tina

That is funny! I also heard that the gas prices are driving up feed costs though and many people are auctioning off their horses and cattle because they can't afford the feed.

Still cheaper than gas I bet though. We are considering a hybrid car for our next one.

Only $3.39/gal! Pretty good! I live in northern IL, about 50 miles northwest of Chicago. Gas prices are still $3.95/gal. here.
