Can you give to yourself and receive that gift with open arms?

See if you can give yourself gifts that may be true blessings, such as self-acceptance, or some time each day with no purpose. Practice feeling deserving enough to accept these gifts without obligation-to simply receive from yourself, and from the universe."

I am going to practice feeling deserving enough to accept the gift of taking care of myself by providing my body with healthy food, exercise, and pepper that with time to practice the art of doing nothing and to live life fearlessly and with mindfulness.
