For those of you that emailed me asking for my pie crust recipe....here it is.
Perfect Pie Crust Recipe
I can honestly say, that this recipe has never failed me, its always flakey, just like its supposed to be.

This sounds like a winner of a recipe! I'll have to try this one and your apple pie in a jar recipe too. Just a quick question - I am new to canning and I wanted to clarify that the process you describe for canning the apple pie in a jar recipe can be done in a water bath canner rather than a pressure canner. Thanks in advance!
