29 Years Ago Tonight

29 years ago tonight Emery came to a party I had at my parents house. We started talking, realized we liked each other and 10 weeks later we got married. We both knew right away we were meant to spend our lives together.
It's a special date for us as it is the very beginning of something amazingly wonderful.
Emery planned a special day for us. Dinner at a cozy French cafe. Dessert and music at Cafe on the run. Flowers, a favorite perfume and a wonderful sparkling wine.
29 years seems like such a long time when you say it, but to us, it feels like moments...its passed so quickly and with so much love.

Emery still has his invitation to the party so long ago...
Dessert for two, decadent chocolate..
Acoustic Rock Music at the Cafe on the Run
Presents for me, the flowers I love the best, an old favorite perfume and something to toast the years together !

Congratulations! Wow! Married after just 10 weeks? It seems that most couples now take that long just to decide on some minute aspect of their wedding. But 29 years together certainly proves you made the right decision.

BTW, the grandbabies are looking adorable. So good to hear that Mei Ling is doing better.
