Computer fixed




It's amazing how much I was able to accomplish with the computer not here to distract me.  I made kitchen curtains, 6 pillowcases, a dress for Mei-Ling, a flannel rag quilt and an afghan and that's along with all my daily chores !   Now that the computer is back in operation, I will have to see how quickly I fall back into the habit of turning it on first thing in the morning.

Your array of pillowcases and the rag quilt bring back my years of working in the quilt shop. I loved choosing fabrics and turning out the pillowcases, but wasn't a fan of the rag quilts--if you imagine a queen-sized one in heavy flannels you may understand why! I sewed it together in quarter sections but there came a time when the huge bulky thing had to be pushed through the sewing machine, while the weight of it wanted to drag on the floor.
