Earthquakes !

The last two were only five miles from our home. Needless to say, it has everyone a bit on edge. Prior to these quakes there have been no others in the areas history. Makes me think of these verses.....Matthew 24:6-8 (New International Version)
6 You will hear of wars and rumors of wars, but see to it that you are not alarmed. Such things must happen, but the end is still to come. 7 Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be famines and earthquakes in various places. 8 All these are the beginning of birth pains.

CLEBURNE, Texas - Police and sheriff 911 operators got complaints of two more earthquakes in Cleburne just after 5 p.m. and at 6:20 p.m. Tuesday.
They are the fourth and fifth quakes in the area in one week and officials are now concerned.
According to a release from the city of Cleburne, police and fire officials have received no reports of damage or injuries from the incidents.
The U.S. Geological Survey determined the magnitude reading on Tuesday afternoon's first event was 2.4 and the second was a magnitude 2.1 quake.
Cleburne Mayor Ted Reynolds said Tuesday's events prompted a special City Council meeting. Council members decided to hire a geological expert to investigate the cause of the recent quakes.
"We'll see if we can determine some kind of cause and effect relationship of [five] earthquakes that we've had in the last seven days that I think all of us would agree is phenominal," Reynolds said.
Last Tuesday the USGS recorded a 2.8-magnitude earthquake in Cleburne. It was followed by a 2.6-magnitude tremor located about 10 miles southeast of the city on Sunday and a 2.3-magnitude tremor in a western Cleburne neighborhood Monday morning.
