Dragon Fruit Breakfast
A trip to the local Asian Market yesterday yielded many special treats for us in preparation for Chinese New Year, and also I was able to pick up one of my favorite fruits, A Dragon Fruit. Simple to eat, just cut them in half and scoop out the fruit with a spoon.

So, I've bought those things twice, and never gotten around to cutting them open before they rotted. Partially, I think, because they look so much like tumors. How do they taste? The look kiwi-ish.....
I have always heard of dragon fruit but have never actually seen one...looks tasty! Enjoy! Blessings!
