A Morning Dedicated to Doing Nothing

Time to give me some "me time", refresh my soul with "The Art of Doing Nothing" I got out two of my favorite books to remind me how to enjoy doing nothing....what little gems are within the pages of these two books by Veronique Vienne.

breakfast on the porch
frozen sweet dark cherries and a sliced banana, with latte and orange juice
my morning reading
and a lovely quote and photo from one of the books....."when you breathe a sigh of relief, its your body smiling".

We were wondering this morning how to extend eating cherries out of season but thought frozen ones would get too mushy. With the pit in the frozen ones how do you best eat them?

Hi HouseBear, these cherries are pitted and then frozen and mostly I use them in smoothies. They are great that way
