Mei-Ling Update
The little one was a trooper today. The test was delayed for over 3 hours due to emergencies that took residence. By the time they came for her, she was tired, hungry and a big fed up, but she was still sweet.
They gave her a local anesthetic and she was out for about an hour. It took 3 tries to get her IV sited. She was awake and very hungry about 20 minutes after the MRI was complete. She hadn't eaten since 7:30 last night, so it was a long time to go without anything until they gave her juice a bit after 2 this afternoon. She did have a cup of water at 7:30 this morning but that's it.
