I"m making your Amish Pumpkin Rolls for breakfast tomorrow - do you think it would be okay to keep the risen dough in the pan in the fridge and bake it tomorrow morning?

That is the very pie crust recipe I've been using since the early 1970's when it was printed in an extension home maker's newsletter. I don't chill it before rolling.
I've passed it on to many women who insisted they couldn't make a pie because they couldn't roll out crust!
