Melanie Update
Melanie was sent home, sorta.... not home exactly as she is on her way into the big city to see the specialist. She had an appointment with him already, so its not any emergency thing. Will know more later and will let you know the details. I think there may be a few more gray hairs to cover by the end of this pregnancy.
It is Friday the 13th which in my thinking would be a birthday people would always make some comment about, so if Mei-Ling chooses another day to be born, she is showing some real signs of being a visionary : )

My elder daughter (she is now 5) was born on the 13th of November, although it wasn't a Friday. I have an Uncle and a second cousin who share the same birthdate, different years of course. My mum believes the 13th is very lucky.
How will Mei-Ling be pronounced? May-Ling or My-Ling.

My best friend is a firm believer that 13 is her lucky number and I think it is for her.
Our family seems to share June 8th as a birthday. Its fun, someone in the family for the last 4 generations has been born on that day.
Mei-Ling is pronounced May-Ling and her middle name will be Fah, which sounds just like in the song from the Sound of Music, Doe- ray- me - FA- so, etc.
