The land

Lovely pictures of your land. Not many plants are still surviving here now, I can't imagine having lettuce in the garden in November!

Your property always seems to be so large but I seem to recall you said it was about an acre. As a homesteader with animals, you sure got a lot out of an acre!

Would you post pictures and talk about your chickens sometime? It's something I'm hoping to get soon, although probably not until 2008 now because we'll be away for a while next summer.
