Some Catching Up to Do

Melanie's birthday was such a joy, as is this daughter of ours. Family and friends here to celebrate. Favorite foods were lovingly cooked for the birthday girl and a chocolate cake all decorated with pink. Presents were opened. Music from the piano filled the room and laughter rang out when two girls decided to dance.

Mei-Ling had her Doctors appointment earlier in the day, no change. Bladder has stayed the same Miss-shapened form. No more antibiotics needed though. Kidney has not grown since the last scan. She sees the nephrologist soon though. The Urologist did not seem too concerned. We feel blessed to have this sweet one, she is a living miracle. Proof of the power of prayer and of the wonders of modern medicine.

Life is better than good.
