Prayers Answered

Mei-Ling did great today.  They were able to repair the small leak and do a couple other things that will make her life easier.   It was about 5 hours of surgery and she was able to go to her regular room without any PICU stay.  If all goes well, she should be able to go home early next week.  Thank you all for the prayers and well wishes.   God is good !

PS: I LOVE your verse on this post. I had forgotten this bit of scripture and it was a blessing to be reminded of it. Thank you:)

Wonderful news! There have been lots of prayers going up for her here in Kentucky. May He bless her with a good long life filled with many joys and blessings.
Also, we've been praying for the family, I know this has been hard on all of you.
God Bless,
Judy

I went to sleep last night thinking of Mei-Ling, and praying for her, and woke up doing the same. I am so happy that she is doing well. I pray that this is all behind her, and she will be restored to perfect health!

I just came upon your blog and wish to extend our prayers and best wishes from Our Scented Cottage to your little Mei-Ling. So much for such a little person to handle.
Hugs,
Laura
