The Cedar Waxwings Have Arrived

These beautiful birds can strip our Juniper tree of its berries in a matter of hours. Once a flock arrives they stick around until the berries are gone.

Hi Patty, what a great picture. I have never seen a "cedar waxwing" before, he is just beautiful. I also love your raised garden bed. We have been talking about doing that too for a couple of years. My mother-in-law who lives with us loves to garden and it would make it so much easier for her to take care of. What a lovely present! Have a nice evening. Delisa :)

I hope the waxwings eat their berries slow this time so that you can enjoy the beautiful birds a little longer.
