Update on Melanie

We saw Melanie tonight and she was not feeling well at all.  She had ice packs to try and lower her fever that is not responding to medication.   She is having bad headaches and still feeling sick to her stomach.  Sure seems like she has the flu.   Had her flu shot yesterday !   Praying for a speedy recovery.   When we left the hospital tonight, Mei-Ling told us as we pulled out of the hospital parking lot, " I miss my mommy, she is my friend"  Mei-Ling was so sweet to her mother, patting her hand, making sure her blankets were right and very worried any time something beeped.  She knows all too well what its like to be in the hospital.
