Perfect Veggie Burgers

This evening I made Planet Burgers a new way.  When doing the CHIP program, one of the leaders showed us how she makes perfectly shaped veggie burgers by using a wide mouth canning jar ring and lid.  Spray the lid and ring, fill with burger mix and pop it out into the pan.  You push the mixture out by pushing on the lid.  Works great.  You get nice uniform size burgers.
